1、首先打開中空玻璃打膠機的氣泵開關,電源總開關,控制臺開關,在控制臺按手動按鈕,然后在顯示屏上找到原 點設定,點擊輔助原 點設定,然后點擊頭部原 點設定,注意原 點設定時避免頭部和輔助吸盤碰撞.設定好之后返回設定玻璃厚度,輸入完以后,點擊設置進入.等命令位置和當前位置數值一致即可

2、打開一桶膠按鈕,按工作選擇拍膠啟動,在按伐開.此時膠頭已經出膠,等看不見白膠,以混均勻以后按伐關,在按鏈接生產線,此時可以自動打膠.開始打膠要看每條邊每個角打膠是否均勻

3、如果需要調整打膠機的壓力,可以在屏幕上點擊返回找到密封配方,會顯示當前密封壓力,如果每條邊都缺膠,那么可增加壓力,壓力大膠量大,壓力小膠量就小.如果發現某條邊膠量不夠時,在密封配方中會顯示有向上密封,上部密封,向下密封,和下部密封,開始打膠的那條邊就是向上密封,然后順序從上

4、中空玻璃打膠機如果發下只有某條邊膠少或膠多時,調整掃描膠量細微調整,數值大膠量就大,數值小膠量就小.然后說下到末端伐關的距離,數值大,膠嘴到末端膠量少,數值小膠量大
